The TaylorMade collaboration
The VESSEL x TaylorMade First Edition set combined a VLS Lux bag, three headcovers, a shoe bag and a valuables pouch. TaylorMade listed 50 numbered sets at $2,999 each.

Vessel makes the best golf bags in the world because of this factory.
Zanshan Golf was established in 1980 and was the first golf bag factory in Taiwan.
Founder David Shaw also started another project around the same time,
his son Ronnie.
We'll come back to that later.
Relatively quickly,
Zanshan was making bags for the biggest brands in the world.
They expanded to China,
Malaysia,
and even the United States.
This is my favorite notch on their belt.
In 2005,
Zanshan Made Bags won all four majors.
Now let's get back to Vessel.
Founder Ronnie Shaw is the son of David Shaw who founded Zanshan.
He literally grew up in a golf bag factory.
Ronnie Shaw found a Vessel in 2012 while he was working for Zanshan USA.
Zanshan was making all of Nike's stuff in 2016 when they shut down all their golf equipment.
The Shaw boys had all this extra material from planned Nike production,
a bunch of extra capacity in their factories,
and they said,
fuck it,
let's lean in on Vessel.
I'm not sure those were their exact words.
I think it's reasonable to say this is the best golf bag factory in the world.
They make their very own Vessel bags.
They make the biggest brands in the world.
And with big enough MOQs,
they'll probably make your brand too.
