Quitting His Job to Golf Full Time at 100K Followers

Jaquan's wife said he could quit his job and golf full time if he got to 100,000 followers. Go follow him: @jaquanware.

In November 2025 he went from 12,000 followers to about 47,000 in a week and a half. He got 10,000 followers in one day.

There are three layers to this, and it does not work without all of them.

The challenge. You've seen "I'll quit my job if I hit X followers" a million times. That alone is a dud.
The golf modifier. Now it isn't talking to the whole internet. It's talking to a very specific community: these 20 million maniacs.
The wife. There is nothing more relatable than the wife golf dynamic.

Not done yet. The blue-collar element, filming in his work uniform, is not what anybody expects in golf, and it escalates things even further.

You absolutely love to see a wife supporting a man's right to golf more. Let's go.
