Foshan Shunde Yibang: the golf shoe factory behind PGM

By Colin LandforcePublished

If you want to make golf shoes, you're crazy. But here's a factory you should know.

Foshan Shunde Yibang Golf Goods. Say that three times fast. They've been in business for 10 years, they're highly rated on Alibaba where they do a ton of business, and they're the factory behind the Chinese brand PGM, Pro Golf Master.

In July 2023, MOQs across their line were around 100 pairs. Some of what they had:

  • A synthetic upper with rubber spikes, starting around $25
  • All leather with an Ultraboost-looking foam sole and a lace lock, to
  • A modern take on the saddle shoe, to
  • Oil slick patent leather. We weren't getting out of there without talking about these.

Those are reference points. Your actual pricing and MOQ depend on the design you work out with the factory.

Let the record reflect that it's a no for me, dog. I would not do a shoe brand in a million years. If you're doing it anyway, the rest of the golf shoe manufacturers are here.
