Yo, I roasted Imperial in a video, and they sent me a box of hats and this note.
It was more like scholarly feedback.
Anyway, this is what the box had.
Four different looks at their Cherry Hills US Amateur hat.
So the note basically says, thanks for your feedback on our embroidery.
We could have done better, and we're going to show this to our team.
10 out of 10 experience for your boy.
Really, the only way this could have been better is if there was a name attached to the note.

So on the top, you have the hat that I made the video about.
And on the bottom here, you have one of the four that they sent me in the mail.
You do not have to be the embroidery gods to see how rough that first one is.
I only hope that the non-niche micro-influencer customers got the same treatment that I did.
