Custom Embroidered Patches for Small-Run Golf Merch

By Colin LandforcePublished

Custom embroidered patches are how I'd make high quality golf merch for the boys and girls in a super short run. The embellishment is flexible, works on all kinds of pieces and has a really premium feel.

In June 2023 I was using Patches4Less for a project. The site makes it super easy. You set the size, how much embroidery is in the design, and whether you want sew-on, iron-on or Velcro.

At a quantity of 100, you're looking at a couple hundred dollars for 100 patches of you and the boys' logo.

Get the sew-on option rather than iron-on. Then hit up your mom or a seamstress on Craigslist.

From there the patches go on everything. Bags, towels, hats, quarter zips, anything you can imagine. You're taking the quality you get from ordering big volumes and applying it to a tiny batch for you and your friends.
