The masculine urge to buy a driving range and run up a local golf business

I bought a rundown driving rank, this is exactly what I do first. I grab a weed whacker, a power washer, and a paint brush. It'll come with free balls and some other easy wins to crank up that perceived value. Alright. Next, we're looking at slow times and slow days. So we're going to slot in happy hours. We're going to slot in ladies night or ladies day in this case, and kids stuff good, definitely, for sure, especially in the summer. Oh, ladies day will not just be for women. It'll be for anybody that comes with women. Dudes bringing a wife, a girlfriend, a daughter, they all get cheap balls and beer specials too. Last thing, and again, this is like day zero stuff. I'm a tune up some simple event packages and then go cold call local businesses, groups, organizations, get some high ticket stuff booked in there quick. Follow along for more.
