The masculine urge to buy a tutor state in the countryside with a golf course. That's actually a restaurant called Tier Keep, which in medieval architecture is the main tower of the castle. Anyway, this is 65 acres in Missoula, Montana, nine hole course with 18 tee boxes. And a nice restaurant, but more importantly, comes with an elusive Montanese all beverage liquor license. I don't think Montanese is actually a worse. I just made that up. Reviews are a little conflicting. See tier, Leslie sauntered the periphery, only gave it three stars. Good, I did some boy math tier, and I think this is basically a real estate play that includes a couple business. Many such cases in good, but if I bought this place, I put my energy into the wedding venue business. Liquor license is an asset, and with built in food, we can sell ten, twenty, thirty thousand dollar wedding packages. Not as fun, but a lot better than these $25 tee tier. And then those are just a bonus to come with the castle. What do you guys think? Are we buying? I'm about to fill out an NDA and get this p and l. Let's go.
