With only 32,000 rounds played last year, I think the golf revenue is, like, a little more than half of that 2.1 mil. But this place has an 18 and a nine hole exec. And the biggest upside here besides removing the blue cabinets in the pro shop, there has been no events since COVID. Wake up, brothers. Rip out this carpet, and we're in play. Summer weddings alone could make this business and then the golf will just be a bonus. I have zero clue what 300 acres in the Lambert Valley of better rights is worth, but 6.5 seems kinda reasonable to me. Let's go.
